Trade Show Highlights

As the busy trade show season comes to a close, catch up on some highlights from IPPE, VIV MEA, and the Midwest Poulty Show. Thank you to those that met with us at our booth. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

IPPE

Ippe3

Atlanta, GA, USA

January 30 - February 2, 2018

The International Production and Processing Expo is an important hub for members of the international and North American poultry industry. Over 30,000 attendees were present at this year’s show, including many of our trusted clients and partners. To reflect our ongoing projects and investments in the USA, a large team from Hendrix Genetics was present at our booth. We also welcomed a number of visitors from South and Central America to discuss future opportunities.

Following the conference days, our team hosted customers and partners at various appreciation dinners, including the annual layer customer dinner for 140 attendees. Overall, it was a successful show, giving us the opportunity to show appreciation for existing customers and to make new connections.

VIV MEA

Hendrix Team VIV MEA 2018

Abu Dhabi, UAE

February 5 - 7, 201

Hendrix Genetics exhibited for the very first time at the VIV MEA show in Abu Dhabi. The trade show is a split-off from the Agri ME Dubai show and was organized for the second time.

A group of sales managers representing turkeys, layers, and traditional poultry were present to attract customers, prospects and new business opportunities. With visitors from the Middle East, Pakistan, India and few from Africa, we met with a number of diverse contacts to discuss their business needs.

Midwest Poultry Show

Minneapolis, MN, USA

March 13 - 15, 2018

We were excited to attend this year’s newly revamped show featuring a new location, more educational sessions, and a closing gala with dinner and entertainment. This show is the largest regional poultry show in the U.S., drawing 32,000 attendees from the U.S., Canada, and several other countries. Representatives from Hendrix Genetics spoke in the conference education sessions, including Frans van Sambeek, discussing the latest in layer genetics.

Our booth was a busy spot to catch up with our valued customers and partners. On the final night, Hendrix Genetics received an exhibitor longevity award for 35 years of participation. Overall, it was a successful opportunity to show commitment to our ongoing growth in the USA.
